What does MARS stand for?
MARS stands for Mobile Appearance Reconditioning Services. It was originally a franchise based out of Texas. Though the franchise dissolved in 2008, MARS of Billings continued to prosper on its own and has remained a staple in Billings for 16 years. Owner Devon Davidson started the company with one mobile trailer and two vans doing cosmetic repairs to vehicles on auto dealership lots in Billings. Eventually, the business was successful enough to support a permanent location. The business continued to grow and Devon’s wife, Kim, joined the business about nine years ago. They’re excited to announce that they just moved into a brand new, bigger location at 2904 Gabel Road in Billings.

Is work limited to cars or pickups?
MARS can work on any vehicle – planes, trains, automobiles and more. As the business expanded their services have, too. Now they can clean, shine and repair almost anything that has upholstery or paint. They even do household furniture (leather and vinyl repair). What’s the most memorable job MARS has worked on?
They’ve had lots of interesting opportunities from boats to public transport. Last year, they detailed one of Harrison Ford’s personal airplanes. Afterward, they got to meet him and take some pictures to capture the memory. Of course, the most important thing was that he was pleased with their work!
