Q: What is the Fauth Agency?
A: We sell insurance for your home, cars, farm/ranch and crops – basically anything except health insurance! We have a strong niche in farms and ranches, which is natural for us – that’s where we come from.
Q: What do you like about the insurance business?
A: There’s a solution for every problem. I like to look for that solution. We like to help people. Often that means finding the broadest insurance coverage at the best rate available. You can always do a lot of good and help people. Want to do better for others both in our business and within the community.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Right here in Billings’ Heights, 926 Main Street, Suite 12. We’ve owned the agency since 2016, but we’ve been in the business for over 12 years.
Q: How did you start working with Graphic Imprints?
A: It’s a funny story! Tyler at Graphic Imprints has a phone number similar to ours. On a fairly regular basis he would get a voicemail from one of our clients saying they bought a new car or needed to change coverage. He was always a gentleman about it – he’d call us up to relay the message. After he called us a few times, he said, “Since we’re basically partners in business, why don’t we work together?” We thought it was a great idea, and we’ve been ordering from him ever since. You just never know until you ask!
Q: What do you like about Graphic Imprints?
A: The customer service has been phenomenal. They created a whole logo from scratch for us. We now use that on vests, hats and other items that we wear and give to our clients. It’s a great form of advertising!
